Hi there readers! My real name is Ricardo and I'm a private investor, ex-student and international traveller (by force more than by trade). I found LJ partly because I love to socialize and sometimes rant and rave about everything and nothing...
I'm a refugee (not strictly in the legal sense, but figuratively speaking) from the corrupt, dishonest and unaccountable régime of the European "Soviet" Union (which I've since informally disowned), living in sunny, laid back Australia, id est Paradise. I have also lived in Canada and of course the Soviet Union in my adult life, and travelled to many other countries. I presently hold both Jamaican and EUSSR citizenship but maybe one day I'll be fortunate enough to become a fair dinkum Aussie bloke, complete with all the corresponding documentation. If not, repatriation to Jamaica - ya mon! :} - is one of my potential unfulfilled dreams. It could very likely come about.
